Early access terms

Professional use

CPTED NOW supports qualified practitioners who have permission to assess a site and process the information they upload. We currently offer SaaS products only, not assessment services. The software does not confer professional qualifications, legal authority, or a certification.

Your content and deliverables

You or the applicable rights holder retain ownership of the material you provide and the rights you hold in your reports. The service needs permission to process that material to provide capture, storage, transcription, analysis, and reporting. Confirm your authority to upload client information and any restrictions in your client engagement.

AI-assisted output and your review

Drafts may contain errors, omissions, or unsuitable recommendations. Verify them against the evidence, current references, and site conditions. There are no required approval gates in the product. You remain responsible for professional conclusions and final deliverables. The software does not guarantee safety, grant funding, statutory compliance, or a legal outcome.

Acceptable use and confidentiality

Use the service only for authorized professional work. Do not upload unlawfully obtained content, infringe another party’s rights, attempt to access another organization’s records, or use the service to facilitate wrongdoing. Obtain permissions needed for photography, recordings, and personal information. Restricted government or client records require an approved agreement and deployment.

Beta access and charges

Pricing has not been set. Early access is focused on introducing the product and gathering practitioner feedback. Functionality and availability may change. Joining the waitlist is not a purchase; any future paid offer must be explained and accepted separately.

Export, termination, and deletion

Keep exports of your deliverables and supporting records. The final onboarding agreement must specify access on termination, the export window, deletion timing, backup retention, and any mandatory record retention. Contact support before closing an account if you need export assistance.

Items for final agreement

The final agreement must identify the contracting entity and address, support and incident-notification commitments, permitted data use including any parent-company access, warranties and liability limits, governing law, and dispute terms. These provisions require legal review before publication as binding terms.
