Field observations are only the beginning. Photos, notes, stakeholder interviews, findings, and recommendations all have to become a report someone can act on. CPTED NOW brings those steps into one workflow, with AI-assisted drafts that remain open to the assessor’s review.
Developed with an assessor
The product is developed with a practicing CPTED assessor and informed by our CPTED research. Practitioner input shapes the capture workflow, analysis prompts, and report format. We are now inviting other practitioners to tell us what works and what needs to improve.
References, not certifications
The product draws on published references including ISO 22341, ASIS risk assessment guidance, NFPA 3000, IES lighting recommendations, and FEMA protective design guidance. These are not credentials held by the software and do not certify an assessment’s compliance.
