How information moves through the service
- You capture observations, photos, and notes on your device. Offline content remains there until it syncs.
- Synced assessment records and media are stored through Supabase. The web application runs on Vercel.
- When you request analysis, relevant assessment content is sent to AWS Bedrock. Audio you submit for transcription is processed by Deepgram.
- You review the resulting drafts, assemble the report, and choose when to export or share it.
Identity and report access
The web dashboard and mobile app use Microsoft Entra ID. Access is checked in the application’s API and database policies using account identity, organization permissions, and report sharing. Keep organization membership and device access current; do not share a login.

Export and control
The application supports Word and PDF reports and report-data exports. Keep the final version and its evidence under your organization’s records policy. Contact support@cpted.now to arrange account deletion or discuss export requirements before cancellation.
Confirm before onboarding
Ask us for the data-processing agreement and deployment details that apply to your organization. These should cover data location, encryption, administrator access, provider data-use terms, retention after cancellation, backup retention and recovery, and incident notification. Do not assume a particular retention period, service-level commitment, or regional restriction from this page.
Government and restricted information
This public beta does not make a CJIS compliance or FedRAMP authorization claim. Obtain an approved agreement and deployment before uploading criminal justice information or other restricted records. We can discuss your procurement and security questionnaire before you join.
